1. Agreement

By accessing StyleVault Collective, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate information and maintain account security.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Course access

• Course purchases grant a non-transferable, limited license for personal educational use.
• Self-paced access lasts one year; cohorts include replay access for six months after the cohort.

4. Payments and refunds

• All prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required.
• Refunds: self-paced within 7 days if progress is under 15%; cohorts/workshops up to 72 hours before start.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share course materials publicly or resell access.
• No harassment, spam, or content that violates the law or others’ rights within our community spaces.

6. Intellectual property

Courses, templates, and platform features are owned by StyleVault Collective or our licensors. You retain rights to your own project work.

7. Disclaimers

We provide educational content without guarantees of specific outcomes, job placement, or earnings.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
